The following sections guide you through creating a first project using EasyBuilder5000 and a Silver

Series OIT that communicates with a Watlow controller.

Create a First Project

The following procedure guides you through the process of configuring a Silver Series OIT to

communicate with a Watlow Controller.

1) To launch

EasyBuilder5000:

on the Windows

task bar click

Start, click All

Programs, click

Watlow, click

EZware-5000 and

click EasyBuilder

5000.

2) In the Welcome to

EasyBuilder5000

dialog, for Model,

choose the OIT

model you have.

3) For Display Mode

choose Landscape.

4) Make sure Use

template is

selected.

5) Click OK.

Note: If you have previously created a project, that project will open. In

that case from the File menu, choose New to create a blank project for

this tutorial and to see the Welcome dialog.

Note: The TS00-0070-0000 and TS00-0100-0000 are supported by the

same driver.

Note: The TS00-0043-0000 and TS00-0043-E000 are supported by the

same driver.
